There is no Card Creator in Cas Studio, Card Programmer is for PIC based cards and Funcards etc, Card Generator is for 6464C based cards, and yes there is a section to include transport code, but what OS would you be using.

Either elaborate on your post ilikethat or I will close your thread as a complete troll and waste of time. And I wouldnt be throwing the word wanker around too much if I was you.
I refuse to elaborate because the last time me and my team posted something although it supplied everyone with Pics to the next Fix I got 6 pages of Crap for it and if I do post anything more then good old Service Provider will know about it. So just work it out. it says in my first post how to do it.
And good to see the Sat Cops out in force all over this forum again,,,
Big men in their lunch Boxes.
I dunno about others, but I wouldn't listen to someone who claims to be giving useful knowledge when they can't even spell it.
WTF ???Big men in their lunch Boxes.
Mate, are you a complete idiot in person or just like making a goose of yourself on forums?
I used to feel sorry for you, but not anymore.
And what 'team' are we talking about?
