i checked all aircrack-ng, aerocape and etc. but all these for Mac.

there is a aircrack-ng for windows.
and yes it works for wep.
never tested it for wpa.
you need the right wireless card to hack wireless and drivers to hack on windows. backtrack3 is good loads up your wireless card drivers and has all the tools. But still research the best wireless card. WEP can be cracked via unencrytion software. WPA can be hacked but only by buteforce. WEP can be hacked in minutes thats why everyone has gone WPA and if you have a big enough password key on wpa it will take many years to crack.
Inconclusion if you still using WEP go to WPA and use a massive passkey.
