whos got the worse housemate/landlord

been living in this place for roughly 6 months and i knew the owner/housemate was a nutjob when i moved in but oh well, i needed a place in town
anyway 6 months later and ive reralized how big a notjob he is
hes about 40 odd, an alcoholic, and has all these young guys that come round and use him to buy beer and dope
the other guy here has tried to get rid of the using pricks but they keep worming there way back because they know its a free ride here for em.
at least once a week now he gets pissed as usual and walks around the house in the middle of the night slamming doors, punching walls, punching the fridge screaming at no one
theres heaps of other dumb stuff he does,
angry little gayman i call him...lol
who else lives with a psycho ?

Have never had a housemate as such but I have the perfect landlord and I am the perfect tenant...

I pay the rent well in advance and the house is always spotless. The landlords recently asked if I minded that the rent go up by $5 a week, no problem at all by me considering the current renting climate.

I have broken two things like the towel hand rail in the bathroom and a door handle to the laundry that I payed for and replaced immediately.

Thank god I am now 40 married and own a house

But yes , I have shared with some strange dudes when I was younger but it sounds like you have a deadset loon with you there.

Just watch out you dont get caught up in any of his trouble , people like that are walking time bombs ( either they will kill someone , someone will kill them or similar )

20 years ago a mate shared a house (briefly) with this nutter. One night I dropped my mate off and went in for a beer. This nutter had spent the whole night with a sledgehammer knocking a hole in the wall between the lounge and dining room, because he needed more space. Yes, it was a rental.
So glad I don't share houses any more, you look back and wonder how the f..k you put up with all the dramas. Getting old I suppose...
