card not working

my whitey card hasnt been working in awhile. heres the info on the card.

The programmed code of the card is almost similar to the Foxtel paytv decoder in Australia acs 4.1 Irdeto2 except that the foxtel card ends with 9D instead of 9E.

i have bought a dynamite duo programmer and am using CASv8.6 to program.
If i recode the card will i be able to get it up and running again? as at the moment i get channel is scrambled on all the channels loaded on the card.
