Default How do I capture old VHS programs to my PC HDD with GeForce 9800GTX+?

I was wondering if it is possible to capture programs I have recorded on VHS onto my HDD on my PC using my installed Gigabyte GeForce 9800GTX+ card?

If it is, how do I go about it?

    Thank you.

Looks like that graphics card is TV out.

The best solution for your problem is to buy a DVD-Recorder and hook the VCR up to it.

Something like this: will do just fine.

There are numerous add-ons to allow VCR to Computer recordings but they are not much cheaper than the way Globe suggests.
I have an NEC DVD burner I use but it doesnt allow much editing, good for just straight full tape to DVD if thats all you want to do.
I also have a LiteOn with a HDD which I use mostly for things that I dont want to burn to a DVD.
Personaly I prefer the VCR/Recorder/TV setup as you dont tie up the computer as you have to play the tape in Realtime to record from it.
Just dont forget to pick which 'Quality' time you want to record to the DVD.
