i entered a support ticket as to why i got a new bill for my yearly hosting when it was paid TO YOU on the 10\1\08, no response, plus they charged me a $5 overdue fee

Well , I am sorry james but I am not going to have an advert here for web hosting from you when you have outstanding issues everywhere and dont seem to want to fix them.
I am closing this thread with the recommendation that people do not sign up for web hosting with you unless you can show a serious attitude to fixing these problems.
If anyone wants to continue this discussion , please use the web design/hosting forum , though I cant see much point to it personally.
