How to manually install CCcam 2.0.5 on a DM500s

How to manually install CCcam 2.0.5 on a DM500s??

I downloaded the files required but they are missing the .sh script file.
Does anyone know how to create or get this file? it should look like this CCcam_2.0.5_cam.sh
I believe this file resides in /var/script

/var/bin - CCcam.ppc - capmtserver.ppc

/var/etc - CCcam.cfg

/var/keys - AutoRoll.Key

/var/keys - SoftCam.Key, AutoRoll.Key & constant.cw

Thanks again mate, do u have to have the capmtserver.ppc and constant.cw?
I've just put the files as u suggested without the two above...no go ...
