Default DVD monitors in cars - What are the Victorian Regulations?

Does anybody have any links to what the regulations are regarding in car monitors. I had a look on Vicroads website and couldn't find any relevant references.
    Thanks

    Default

From memory, any monitors visible from the drivers seat must be disabled when the car is not in park.
Rears, there are no requirements that I know of.

I had a link somewhere, do you think I can find it? I bet you it is with my car keys.
What happens if I press alt + F4?
