    Default $200 cobolt gps from the wharehouse

    I mentioned this unit before chrissy and ended up getting one to have a look at.

    it uses destinator 7 with 2007 q2 maps that are all stored on the memory card.I pulled the card out copied the maps and they worked on the desti_pack that was linked by sanity a while back.
    Australia - map of NAVTEQ. Reduced POI, HLG4, V1.4, Toll RoadS, WES2.Version 2007.Q2.7389



    The unit is simple to use and apart from a few small hiccups i felt was a good little cheap unit although it sucks you cant add your own poi;s easily with destinator.

    Cheers for the feedback mate, my brother was looking at getting a gps as I am always raving about how handy they are.
    Might point him in the direction of the warehouse...

    Your not wrong, I remember getting a destinator when they 1st came out for my car, cost like $1400 or something insane like that.. Though I remember feeling at the time that is was money well spent

    Is it known by another brand i.e. is a re-badged ???
    the model and name dosnt seem to come up on searches.

    Sounds good I would like to use it for music on hold for telephone systems so I need to know if

    Wiill it run on ac charger as in the past with some MP3 players there is not enough umpf in the charger

    Does it have repeat single and all

    do you have a link?
