Integrated and built-in HD are the same thing.... just means it has an HD tuner in it.
HD max resolution is 1080i (interlaced) Full HD max resolution is 1080p (progressive).
My opinion is that the full HD (1080p) is only better than 1080i if it's a big screen and you are watching it at a reasonably close distance.
1080p is also only of benefit with blu-ray HD sources, as there are no 1080p TV transmissions in Australia.
Panasonic is my recommendation for plasma, either 1080i or 1080p.
Another thing to keep an eye on.
I bought a Sanyo plasma about 6 months ago with built-in HD tuner.
Unfortunately the tv doesn't output the Digital signal (only analog) so if I want to record something Digital, I can forget about that.
Mind you it was only a very cheap tv ($795) so I can't complain.
thanks guys for that info it was what i was thinking just advertising jargon same stuff differant name
