You could try this i got it from DTV Forums it works for the 7A,70A,700A series the model before

    a. Press analogue on remote and go to channel 99
    b. Turn up bass to maximum
    c. Turn down treble to minimum
    d. Press V/- on TV while holding index button on remote

Now you can see service menu 1

    e. Keep pressing green button and watch through the options.
    f. Eventually you will reach the "12.0 kHz" setting. Stop here. If you push the green button again it will go back to the start.
    g. Press hold button on remote (next to index button)

Now you can see service menu 2

    h. Again browse through various options by pressing the green button. After 7/8 screens you can see the screen showing number of hours used.

When finished, press exit button to return to original screen

    Or you can try this

Press and hold F and V- on the TV and then press 000 on remote

    Try this...

While pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button of the main unit, press [INFO](PZ model) button of the remote control three times within 3 seconds.

And to exit it just says...

Disconnect the AC code from wall outlet.

That is a copy and paste from the manual...thats the right spelling!

Woops sorry, to exit the service mode...

Switch off the power with the [POWER] button on the main unit or the [POWER] button on the remote control.
