Default Useful tool for locked files/folders

If you have ever tried to delete a file or folder, only to be told that it's currently in use or being locked by another Windows process, here's a cool little utility I found today.

It's called "Wholockme" and integrates into the Explorer drop down menu.

    It's freeware.

I found it after trying to remove a folder from my desktop that was empty, yet Windows kept insisting that something was using it.
Wholockme tells you what processes or files are currently locking other files and folders and allows you to terminate them.
