Is there a list of modchips that are not compatible with Dual Layer disks?

Seems like dual layer games are out for the Wii and some people say they are not compatible with some modchips.

I've got a D2CKey and my brother's got a WiiKey. D2CKey's website's does not specifically mention the Dual Layer disks. It says it'll just work
