The link to your diagram doesn't work.
I'm assuming the brown jacket air-spaced cable is actually 75 ohm RG59 (not 50 ohm RG58). Not that it's overly relevant if you are replacing it anyway.
That old cable can have serious digital signal BER issues.
Having visited your home, distribution distances won't be an issue. (just that long run from the antenna)
The simplest and easiest method would be a 6-way splitter with power-pass to the masthead amp.
Use all F connectors on the quadshield cable (and splitter and outlets too) to keep the cabling fully-shielded, as you need to keep every dBuV you can and to reject any interference.
Keep all cabling as far from electrical cabling as possible and where it must cross power cabling, do so at right agles wherever possible.
