It's an interesting question because Imaparja actually does broadcast to Victoria legally - which quite likely means that they should be blocked from showing it if they've banned its broadcast in Victoria. But the only coverage that I've seen so far only mentions channel 9. I wouldn't be surprised either way.
I remember a program called Blue Murder in the 90's. It was banded in NSW. Good old Satellite TV had it on the Victoria feed. I still have the Video. Rodger Rodgerson was such an honest bloke.What has changed.

WIN WA is showing it according to "The West" tv guide.
What about those Victorians living along the border of Victoria who can get NSW and SA terrestrial TV. Will they have to arrest themselves?
whats the attraction? the fact thats its been banned so u just have to watch it?
WIN should show it because they don't (legally) broadcast outside WA.

It should be broadcast on any channel that isn't channel 9 at the moment from what I've read. As for the attraction, it looks like the best drama from Australia this year. Yes thats not saying that much but its always worth supporting good Aussie drama rather than crappy sketch comedy (sorry Monster House I gave up after 10 minuites of explanations!)

Channel 9 Vic has the ban, no other state, as there is a pending court case in melb
It has disappeared from the Imparja TV guide overnight.
Win still have it.
