After heaps of reading here it is, all praise to the coders.
Just had to put it all together.Download,open wii file and copy contents to a SD card 512mb will do.(Don't understand why they recommend 2g) format to fat 32 first.
This is for a wii not on the net.
Load the twilight hack first (Origional Zelda not a copy)
Once completed.
Follow the instructions included.
This will enable back up launcher.
Then follow tech sicks tute for the HD install.
All files are included.(appart from the Zelda how to)
And back up's can be loaded to the HD.
May not be the best config but all working.
The SD card stays in the wii.
