Coco MCR HSN

i'm newbie , but trying to do something.
I have a Coco MCR card, it opens sh*time & A r t at 7'w
I'm trying to do some logging and ..
but the HSN of the card is FFFFFF !!!
Why ? And then i dunno what should i look for in the logged streams.
I had another card , and that card's HSN and Ascii was the same as other card.

HSN : FFFFFF
Prov00: xxxxxx
Prov10: xxxxxx
Ascii: 30002313242
Coco: MCR
ATR = 3B 9F 21 0E 49 52 44 45 54 4F 20 41 43 53 20 56 34 2E 31 9D : Irdeto ATR Acs 4.1

Also when new update file is out, here are some strings which the loader send to the card for upodating:
all the time , first it sends this string:

If the last byte is checksum , then most of times it's 00 !!
Also as i think , if the card response as:
01010003000000003
then this means EMM Successful. (May be i'm wrong )
Any idea plz ? or if some1 plz can show me the correct point to start

I have a card that has that coco it's for TVN can read some details and chid's with fmcard. What are you using? Sounds like it would not be working if HSN is FFFFFF.
