Have you got everything set to static address instead of DHCP ???
    It might help you.

Yes! This is exactly how I have my Playstation connected. I have an Billion wireless router that provides connectivity to all the PC in the household. However, since my wife won't let me keep the PS2 in the lounge room, I have it setup in the shed with a D-Link router setup in "Client Mode" and this provides wireless connectivity to the router inside the house. -Works a treat!

I am guessing the 2 wireless networks have different SSID addresses if this is the case then it shouldnt matter if ip Addresses are static or DHCP allocated as long as each pc/gaming device connect to a specific wireless network. The 2 routers are routers and by definition should be able to handle different ip addresses through their routing tables.

Have you put the 2nd wireless router into bridging mode yet ? and then connected it to the other router? If you are looking at going down this avenue then as long as DHCP is disabled on the bridge then the wireless router will allocate ip addresses through the bridge and all should be working fine.

    Hope this helps.

Now if it had at least 2 eth ports it would be a winner.

I thought i had solved my disconnection problems but its still happening, on the occasion of the disconnection i have tried to login to my router but i get the server not found message. Problem still seems to be between my lan port and the router, i have updated to the latest driver and no change. Will change my ip to static but only ip i can find for my router is the same one i login with (192.168.0.1), do i use this ?
