Default Update on Ford au 2 lamp

Thanks for your help Guys. Another problem has risen, after getting the clock out only to find no lamp OR holder( vibrated loose & disappeared)Ford don't have a replacement & you have to pay out heaps for a new clock. Anyone out there that can HELP with a lamp, clock or any other solutions?
    Cheers,
    Wort.

Can you find another lamp holder from a wiring loom from a wrecked ford?

Push comes to shove you could just get any old lamp holder that similar in size, solder it onto your wiring harness and should it not fit, hold it in position with tape or whatever you have at hand.

When there is a will, there is a way.

Maybe post a pic of the problem so we can suggest something better or closer to the factory replacement part you lost.

Give me a coule of months and I'll be chasing the dash section from a wrecker as I need the heater control I broke. Other than that I suppose if you know what you are doing with a soldering iron the holder is actually unecessary, just solder a small 12v bulb in direct and silicone it to stop it falling out or breaking the leads.

I need the bits that go from the heater control knob in the middle, to the cable. I gave it t twist and something flew off but I'm beat if I can even find what in the pigsty that is the floor at the moment.
