    yep -- thats exactly what a jpac is for...

    you just need to make sure your screen is running a compaitble resolution
    you must be able to run soft 15khz

    so i have to make sure that i am running the right resolution on my laptop before outputting the signal to the j-pac right.

    if you wanna play games then yes...

    if you just wanna see things work then no as the jpac will split the screen in two and display 2 copies side by side - the jpac protects the monitor from the wrong frequency signal
