I'm getting around 48-49% on my Strong box for Nasa TV, still heavily pixelated. Can i make the quality better by replacing the LNB. I currently have a "star" brand one on there, if I buy a Zinwell, will it make any difference. By the way, 2.4m dish solid.

A Zinwell will definitely be better than what you have . I have found them to be better than a lot of more expensive LNbs

I can get 48-52%Q with a 2.3mesh using a yuri lnb.With a strong 4658x.
You should be getting better than that.

Try changing to a better quality lnb and fine tune your dish.
Btw I am in Melbourne.
I have found the yuri lnb to be very goood.I have even compared it to the astrotel.
