    Default Win2k3 AD stop single user printing

    Hey guys, me again...

    I have got a student who has printed that many of them demotivational pictures, i want to disable him from printing alone...

    any way to do that?

    also, how can i monitor who has printed what AFTER it has been printed?

    If you’re sharing the printer off a PC go to printer and faxes and highlight the printer and right click. Select the security tab. Add the user or group you wish to block from printing. Untick allow and tick the deny option for that user or group. If the printer is shared in active directory open active directory users and computers. On the top of the menu select View. If not already ticked select advanced features. Now find the printer in the AD tree and right click on it. Select properties. Select security. Add the user or group you wish to block from printing. Untick allow and tick the deny option for that user or group.
