Ebay user claiming I sold him Pic16584, not Gamma's?

I believe he thought he could write a gam file to the cards to get Free A*. Then when he found out he couldnt he is trying to get his money back.

i agree why else would ppl buy from australia and spend that much, i would suggest his been offered a sellers then searched and seen them on ebay or something and throught he could do it half price himself

To anyone else selling them , I would recommend marking them in some way or form. I have a white gold card from the old days , I could sell him that

This needs to get settled in Court due to your currant lack of response. You may be able to hide from my questions now, but one day soon you will be instructed by the Court to answer the questions and a Judge, will decide who’s telling the truth.

My current lack of response hey, I offered to give him a full refund. I really don't see this going to well for him in court. Time will tell.

Lol what a joke, in his first post he says he checked both the cards and they are only wafers acording to him

Then later he says he only touched/checked 1 of the cards and he is going on about finger prints, dont think you would have much to worry about

And as for the whole going to court and seeing a judge I would love to hear his case ..............Ummmmmmmm I brought these 2 cards from ebay so I could pirate them and get some free a* but I brought the wrong cards(even if they are not).

Dont think any judge would like that argument at all

I sold 4 cards on ebay, it was fun to say the least, some of the questions I received were a joke, like will I receive all fox and austar with this card etc etc.
3 of the cards went off to Greece and 1 to Oz, The guy from Oz email a few days later saying the card wasn't a gamma to cut a long story short he sent the card back and I refunded him. I then re-sold the card for more to someone in Greece. All 4 gamma's now have a happy home in Greece.

I'd say dont sell to anyone in Oz without saying the cards have to be programmed.
