Obama will get the nomination and have a tough fight against McCain in November.

There's something i find terrifyingly undemocratic about the prospect of 28 years of Bush Clinton Bush Clinton presidencies. I am 34 years old, and no one not called Bush or Clinton has been president since i was old enough to vote.

Its a pity the options werent serious , I would have been interested to see what peoples serious opinion is.

Their election system is mindblowing compared to ours in regards to cost ( theit budgets are incredible ) and the amount of work and travel each candidate has to put in.

Obama isn't bribing the right people at the moment, eg paying for Superdelegate votes. If he does win the last lot of states and gets a significant lead then he will get the nomination but if the republican Clinton (some of her policies are more republican than McCains) gets a few states she will pick it up because she is paying off the superdelegates.

Also remember Florida counts if its close (hmm bet the Dems dont want to hear that). I also have a funny feeling that McCain will get a strong vote in the general election.

LOL Poiutrewq, about the bush/clinton voting thing. I'm nearly your age (bit younger) and after this election a friend commented to me that it was the first election I had voted in here Howard hadn't won!

BTW does anyone watch the Daily show? Remember Obama is winning in Feb, and thats African American Month in the US!

The "election poll" isn't between Obama Balack and Hlary Clitgone- it's between the winner of the democatic party nomination and whoever wins the republican party nomination.

Still some ways to go too - scheduled for november 4th 2008. Lots can and will happen then
