users cannot create or save files on homedrives after new users made up

this is a good one...

ive searched on the net, and havent found what i want, and its kinda URGENT.

on the weekend, i created new users for all students, as they were all over the place.

have created new home drive locations by year ending... i.e
2009
2010
2011
this drive is shared as 2009$ and staff have full access (as well as admin)

within them, are the userlogin codes i.e
aaa001
aaa002
aba002

these have the following permissions:

inthe security tab, the user has full control over the folder and all subfolders and files

a problem i had was they were unable to access all their old files after copying everything over, so i went into properties > security > advanced and ticked
"replace permission entries on all child entries with entries shown here that the child applies"

now, the users cannot create any files in their directors i get the "access denied" when they do it

i have tried sharing one of the folders to aaa111$ and given full permisisons but the user cannot still save anything on it


any ideas guys?

meh dont worry...

i deleted all user accounts last night and remade them all, and its all working...
