Yep the Saudi's form of punishment is pretty medieval. They will have beheadings in public places sometime too just to really show how serious they are.

They will keep being able to do these sorts of things because no one will stop them when they run the work with their resources.

I just think it's bloody funny they sew the head back on after they just cut it off before displaying the corpse...I would reckon a headless corpse would be enough deterrent.
