HP 5765 with tom tom v6& OziExprorer

I have had some play with ports and now tom tom is working ok, but OziExplorer gives ' failed to open virtual port ' message. When Gps is turned on.
NMEA (GPS) port settings are com3: IrCOMM
Baud 9600
Sentence MobileMap

GPS program port COM1
GPS hardware port COM7
Baud rate 9600

Hope some one can help as I leave for a 4x4 trip up through the center soon thanks

On my 5765 OziExplorer sees the GPS on Com1 I just select auto-select in the configuration menu.
