    Default Remote server viewing problem

    Hi to all
    I tried to watch a remote DVR server using Windows XP IE (Internet Explrer 7), I can see the server clearly but any moving object on the screen does not move smoothly ( jumps from point to point in steps manner).
    I do not know what is cause of that ?
    My computer has Pentium 4 / 2.66 MHZ Processor and 1GB Memory.
    I am looking for help to solve this problem.

    it would be the remote dvr streaming capabilities and isp connection that is causing the issue.
    dont say linux if i wanted it id install it
