Thanks for the reply Moof, How can I tell what OS is on the card? from memory think it was 1.1 tried 1.0 and 1.1 loader still no go. Also tried to clean with Sataid loader with the Update os unchecked still no go. Is there a command in winexplorer to get this sorted.

Just wanted to make sure your card is still alive.
As your card seems ok the only thing I believe is happening the card doesn't accept the cleaning command. It can be due to communication problems. Try different settings 3.57 and 6 Mhz for your programmer.
From my memory gamma loader will send the cleaning command to the card and then will check if the ATR returned has gamma os v 1.x. Your card definetely doesn't understand the command.
