cam modules and goldie Wanted

Hi guys
I`m new in the Sat areas and have been looking for some gold cards and modules for my strong 4990 i most likely need one goldie up and running to be able to under stand the fundamentials of it..

can any body help

Blank Cards can be bought at Jaycar, Sattronics, or Kangamail,

most people prefere a silver card over a gold card these days,

You will also need a Card programmer like a Jaycar MII Programmer (or similar),

All the information you need, how to make a Gold or silver card has been asked several times before,

so all you have to do, is do some searches & some reading,

& you can make one yourself

If you want to buy equipment second hand, have a look in Buy & Sell on this forum, or maybe post a WTB add there,

But I think it is against forum rules to ask to buy a programed working card here, so Be-Ware

Have been follows many threads on the topics of Programming
Still writing it all down any info that can be useful,
ie. smardtv, device best used does take a lot of the guess work out of the equation
sorry got a bit forcefull on the goldie
