Another respected Irdeto 1 emulator for silver cards is AusGold [sic]. Its keys can only be loaded via a custom tool, "AusGold Writer" I think it was called.

The AusGold code (hex file) is programmed using a JDM programmer, or any programmer which supports silver cards. The keys are loaded in Phoenix mode, by any phoenix-compatible programmer.

I don't have a copy handy but someone here will be able to share it.
