Default 3 Strike P2P plan coming to Australia?

Well it looks like K-Rudd is considering copying the actions of the UK and implementing a 3 strike plan here in australia.

    Interesting...

well even with peerguardian going i would still get emails from wEstnet, these were forwarded from lawyers about emule stuff i was doin, mainly .nds games. the software companies constantly have thier workers changing ip addys so u cant block them. they then download of u and have record of it and take it from there.
i got sick of the emails being forwarded to me from the lawyers so i told them (wEstnet) to F*** off and a big lot of other stuff. i then got email from the big wig saying blah blah blah. that was 9 months ago and i still do emule and they do jack sh**.
this will probably result in bully tactics being used and thats all but it is a warning. will it happen? i know in australia we are living in a nazi germany style enviroment but thats the way the whole world is going.
if u want a laugh i will send u the emails from wEstnet and the ones i had sent back, i was getting like 2 or 3 a day.
    cheers
