    Default Foxtel and no service

    hi All

    Is anyone else having trouble with foxtel services ?

    All the channels here are not working except Help channel.
    We have ordered the wrestling today and no program showing.

    We have tried phoning 131999 to see what is going on, but all we get is a recorded message and we get cut off.

    I bet we are still getting billed for the month,

    And yes we are in front with our foxtel payments..

    We have tried the reset of the STB also..

    I hope the foxtel people are reading this as we are getting to the point of having it cut off.

    Foxtel people ,, what is going on,,?

    Our son infrmed us the other day that nothing has ben happening for a week or two,

    hi all
    tried a different number to one on screen.
    I knew they had problems but we have en having problems here for several weeks.

    apparently, there was a problem and our box number and card number not in the system any more,so they had to reinstate both of these , now up and running.

    The girl I spoke to was great,,,and very cooperative,, and polite,

    She was a great help....

    Had the same problem.

    I ended up having to call Telstra (thats who I have it through).

    Jumped up and down - ended up with a Tech.

    Told him I knew what I was looking at and what the problem was (still reckon they were trying to knock out dodgy details) but the official line seems to be they changed activation systems.

    He took the smartcard number and had to reactivate it over the phone.

    Worked and all back and online OK - kids happy therefore Im happy

    Also could not get through to Foxtel tech support as they were inundated.

    I did find the message

    ' we are busy, can you ring back later <click-hangup>' a bit rough as I was prepared to hold for 20 minutes just to find out what was going on.

    Try calling and stomping your feet.
