Recycler is a hidden system folder. To make it visible, open Windows Explorer, click on the Tools menu, and choose Folder Options. Under the View tab of the Folder Options box, uncheck the "Hide protected operating sytem files" option. Close Explorer and reopen it; the Recycler folder will be visible.

Ive copy and pasted this for you.
Even latest Symentec Endpoint Protection MR4 is unable to delete it, the only way to delete this virus is

1> set your system to show hidden and system files.

    2> open Taskmanager

    3> kill all explorer.exe process

4> click on newtask button and go the C:\

5> delete recycler folder ( you will not be able to delete this folder when explorer.exe is loaded)

6> if you have multiple drive do the same for other drives.

7> do not load explore.exe yet

8> open regedit from newtask button.

    9> find key c:\recycler and delete it(you will find c:\recycler\s-????\svchost.exe or service.exe)

10> find all the keys and delete it.

    11> load explorer.exe now.

this will remove this virus from you PC but its temperary basis as no antivirus software is able to delete it.

Best way to save your PC from infection is never open drive by double click on it, because its loads autorun.inf file during this, insted open drive in folder view and select drive from leftpane to open it.
Just remeber googles is your best friend.

Empty your recycle bin and then run it again and see what happens.
What happens if I press alt + F4?

Hey there mate, can you try the following hopefully this will let you delete the recycler.
first download this little application and install it please.

then do what suggested before go to folder option, view, the tick show hidde files and untick hide protected system files.
now close that and go to C drive you shoud be able to see the recycler folder, right click on it and chose unlocker which is the new app you have just installed, then where it says no action press on it and chose delete then ok this should delete your file,
please let us know how you go
    good luck

    autrunme.exe also...

    silly.worm or somehting it is

has a autorun.inf file that keeps installing the virus all the time...

mcafee stinger i think gets rid of it... but do a search on stinger antivurius in goole.... its specialised for some specific viruses
