Relook 400s problem

Ok everything was going fine when i decided to reboot the box after playing with the oz tivo epg. The box boots up with the pli image & blank screen & the front panel shows initiating. Can't go any further than this. Can't reflash image via usb or serial.
Any help is apreciated thanks.

Possibly time to jtag.

Should be just a matter of pressing right arrow on booting, then select DM7020 then ok

tried it weirdo no go. thanks guys i was trying to avoid jtagging it.
