PSP Sometimes Goes Off

hi
i have a 2002 yellow psp with CF
but this problem occurred before i put the CF on it

sometimes it just turn off when it on a loading screen
and the battery is charged

it's still under warranty
but i am affair if i send it in
it will come back with the newest firmware on it
and i wont be able to put the CF back on it

has anyone else had this problem

I wasn't aware the latest f/w would not allow u to run CFW/pandora on it.....if your just guessing then I'd say u should be ok.
