    Need a litte more detail about your setup.

    PC -> Connects to what ?
    You said you have 2 modems e160 and the mbr624gu, are you calling one of those the "router".

    In most cases I would expect you would have
    PC -> Internal Switch (eg: 4 port firewall/router)
    Router -> (either Built in Modem OR connects to modem)
    Modem -> ISP

    Doese the modem store the username or password, or do you send them from somewhere else (eg: PC)

    I'm guessings its either the order in which things are connected or how the modem gets its username and password and told to connect to the ISP.

    either way the modem should be connected to the ISP.

    I was guessing exact same thing. It does sound a bit tricky from the OP the way his system is setup. I even thought he connected his modem to PC, then to the router and router has link to the ADSL line. I am not sure even if it's possible to achieve physically.

    Docts, what you need to do for your system to work is to make sure your router is a broadband router. The router should find your modem etc. All your PCs at home should have their DNS servers configured to the router IP address. This way you will be able to share your modem resources.

    I'm willing to bet that these 2 bad boys have the same ip address, I had the same problem with a Lynksys modem and a TPlink router.

    After a lot of trial and error I finally got it going.
    if anyone else gets a dodo wireless broadband e160 usb modem and wants to connect it to a neatgear mbr624gu router here are the settings when you first sent the router up

    select DODO prepaid
    then change the dail number to *99#
    and leave the rest as it.
