SkyHigh has the best view.I haven't been there for years but the view wouldnt have changed. It is on top of Mt Dandenong. My favorite is Rockpool on the promenade near Crown.Nice view of the river and the food is awesome.Rockpool is a bit pricey but worth every cent.I think the waiting list is about a month though so it might not be any good for you.

Well im abit late as i havent been around for afew days.

The Sky high was good, its a dump now.
    Great view, crap food.
Open during the day, closes early at night.
Did a run up the mountain, about 9pm on a Saturday night about 3 weeks ago and it was closed.
Found it funny as it use to be a good "parking" spot after midnight 20 years ago.

    I say try Southbank.

Your not going to propose are you?
