[REQ] Best ISP in Darwin, need hdsl or greater

My company has an office in Darwin
Actual ISP is TELSTRA
Actually we have 4 adsl all connected to a cisco router with load balancing.
This is causing several issue to ftp transfers and will become a problem once we'll set up a vpn to the main office in Italy
If I were in Italy I'd move from 4x adsl line to 1main HDSL+1backup ADSL
But I don't know the ISP situation in Australia and expecially in Darwin
Can you suggest a good internet provider in Darwin?
Price is secondary to quality

You can check to see if Telstra can provide you with 4 wire SHDSL for a top speed of 4M/4M or you may be able to get bonded adsl which is similar to what you have at the moment, except that they do the bonding of the adsl for you and you get to treat the connection as a Ethernet service. Failing that you will probably need to look at fibre, frame, ATM etc, which will not be cheap. However that said, the SHDSL option and bonded options wont be cheap with Telstra either.
