RAS+ and Pacom pdr-4L

Hi Guys
Having trouble connecting to my dvr with ras+. I loaded the system defaults from the main menu as the dvr had been installed elsewhere. I have the network settings ect right but it is coming up Password or ID invalid.

I have set new passwords in the menu of the dvr but still no joy

am using admin as the user name in ras+ i think this is correct and the password i set via the front panel buttons.

I am lost

Sorted it forgot to set the network password and you dont need user names on this model. all good now.
