Dream500 and addons downloads

When I download and install any of the addons
such as games or cams etc through the blue-panel
Where are they coming from, are they from the internet? if so, where abouts
or from the dream box its self !!

Off the internet as it wont work if no internet connection is active, they come from i-have-a-dreambox.com you can creat your own personal addon server by editing the configuration located in: /var/etc/useraddon.xml

Im working on my own addon's download database but not yet completed.

Also i should add, it all depends on which image you are using the above is for gemini image.

Thanks toor I just tried it by unplugging the lan cable and
she didn't like it

Its Just been bugging me for a while where they came from

You can set it up to download from a server of your choice if you wish.
For example from a pc on your lan.

It's a German site and you have to register but you will work it out. There is a button at the top 'database'. Pop in there and you'll be in business.
