tomtom one xl aus maps v830.2290

Hi Guys,
i have two tomtom one xl's i just bought the map upgrade for one of them and was wondering if there was a way to copy it onto the other?

the upgraded one has the following version numbers:

App 8.010
map v830.2290

and the other one is:

App 8.010
map v675.1431

when i copy all the contents from the new SD card to the other it says:

"problem with map: you cannot use this map on this device:australia"

is there any way i can get the new map to work on the second device?

Use to activate the copied map :
Connect your ONE to the PC (Tomtom Home not running,tray icon closed) and start Keygen , klick"make map keys" ,exit ,start again the Keygen ,klick "patch system" ,exit ,restart your ONE , enjoy.

Also you may need to delete Tomtom *.bif files and also reset the tomotm using a pin in the reset hole on the base of the XL to recreate the settings configuratoin files specific to the current tomtom and clear out any old settings still stored in the internal tomtom memory. If the tomtom is displaying errors at bootup and not running/loading fully.

hey guys thanks for the help...im a little stuck again it says "navcore ttsystem problem you need a genunie non-patched file"...when i click patch system? any thoughts?

That usually means that your Navcore is already patched - maybe you've done it together with the map?
For the rare case that the Keygen is not patching the ttsystem in the right way you can try
