If, like me, you were bitterly dissappointed to learn that there isn't a 5th season of Battlestar Galactica (I know I'm behind the times), don't despair!!!

Caprica is the offshoot of this popular series, Caprica is actually the prequel to the 4 seasons Battlestar Galactica, my mate put me onto this yesterday, but I was dissappointed to hear that didn't like the Pilot episode knowing he is such a big fan of the series, having that, I bit the bullet last and downloaded Caprica and gld I did.

Caprica is about how the Cylons & skinjobs came into being and also explains how the Cylon wars started, already in the movie length pilot epsiode has filled some missing gaps which the Galactica series didn't explain, normally spin offs are not much to write home about, however if you liked Battlestar Galactica as much as I did then Caprica should fill the void.

although I'm biased I'm giving the pilot 8 out of 10, enjoy

theres also another pilot out called Virtuality written by Ronald D Moore, the guy who wrote BG and Caprica
its pretty good also
