Default PS2- Memor32 Card, any advice?

Hey guys, My nephew wants to buy this card(Memor32) from the markets it's selling for $100 with 5 games of your choice, apparently this card has some booting software that allows you to play backed up games, this was the first time I hear of such a card, so I would like some advice please.
is it good, reliable and is it worth it?
any cons and pros I should know about?
    Cheers

it wont work with the new 90002 units
each game will need to be patched before burning
it does what its supposed to do, it also allows usb HDD support i think and alot of other cool development applications.

you can make them yourself those using any PS2 memory card

about 75% compatibility rate as well (depending on who you speak to)

Which chip is mostly recommended, it's for an old fat PS2, and wouldn't the chip stuff up the laser quicker than that card?

Modbo 4.0 is pretty solid & will do all that is required.
To put a hdd in you will need a ps2 network adapter(obsolete now but may be able to get them off ebay), then just a ide hdd(some may not fit correctly, some WD from memory), then use something like hdloader & your set
