PS with M3

OK well i did the pandora mod and can run ISO's and Eboot PS1 games no problem.. BUT

when i try unrar Medieval or Streetfighter Alpha 3, it gives me a stack of folders and files.
Where the hell do these go?? LOL

Heap of files and folders dont sound right at all, only iso, cso, & eboot.pbp will boot
