Mutant 200

Just pulled my Mutant 200 out of closet...Hoping to get it running smoothly?

What version of software is recommeneded at the moment with which version CCcam?
Last time is used this box 'late 2007' with CCCam to NewCS server i had a sound sync problem, is this still the case?

I have a mutant version of pli jade and cccam 1.71 running on 2 boxes sharing a blue card, working very well.

You should upgrade to CCcam 2.1.1 (or .2) to keep the card updated. If you browse to the server (port 16001) & check the server stats, you won't see EMMs with 1.7.1.

Fair enough. I'm up to CCcam 2.0.0 in my 400s (client with Neumo) & 2.1.2 for the remaining clients & the server. The 400 gets the most use (in the lounge room) & I found 2.0.0 to be a tad better. I don't know where the issue is at present, but something appears to have a memory leak, & I have to restart CCcam after a week or two, & then have to reboot the box about once a month. I also have to schedule a fsck on the hard disk after 3 or 4 reboots (would be nice to have this as a permanent option). I'm still hanging off changing things until Neumo 3 is out.

Can someone point me to where i can download images for my 200? i use to go to satupdate.net but all images there now seem outdated..

Try they have heaps of goodies in there for your Mutant.

I have 2 x mutants running Gemimi 4.31 as clients.
I am using this image,

Running over a year now with no issues. This version is written for the DB5620 which has a RF modulator and works perfectly on the 200s.

WeekEPG also works 100%.

I have used several versions of CCcam from 2.04 to the current install, 2.1.1. updates the linux server np.

Works with Dreambox Control Center once you have done the flash with FlashTools.

I highly recommend this image for the 200s - it is stable as.
