Hi guys,
I need some software to enhance a cctv pic. As you all know, when you zoom into a still pic, it goes blurry. So is there any software out there that can get the pic back to a viewable state? Any help is appreciated.

Google a program called Gimp, that is a photo program and it's free to use.

No such software exists, it's a fantasy created by cop shows on TV.
Photoshop's unsharpen mask may be helpful, but If the CCTV image is of low quality to start with, you won't have a hope.
Thanks guys, appreciate your responses.
There is no software to perform such a thing. You can't enhance data that is not there. Besides, if there were such a program, any alterations to the recorded image will make it useless as evidence.
The only thing you can do is use whatever photo editing software you have and change it to a greyscale or black and white image and then soften it a bit. This makes it a little clearer but you need to record in a higher resolution to be any chance of zooming in and getting a good result.
