ISA 2006 Help with utorrent

Hi guy

i just finished setting up ISA server 2006 on my server the problem im having is that ISA is blocking utorrent and limewire now i setup the proxy on limewire and utorrent but still no luck i setup a Access rule saying allow all but still no luck so guys dos anyone know how i can make ISA stop blocking utorrent and limewire
