Use "folder redirection" from within the gpo (user). That will transfer that folder to the network drive.
To save time and avoid problems, you should turn off the offline file feature.
You could also map a network drive.
hi guys
i was just wanting to know i just set another server for my office because my old server stoped working so i made my self a new faster server anyway i setup serve 2003 on it set a group policy for my clients now i have each client is setup so when the login in to a computer it will map there drive into my computer now what i want to know is.
is there a way i can setup my group policy so that my music my picures and my documents get maped to save anything that gos into them into the maped network drive like how most schools are setup for when the students login to any computer in the school.
anything they save gos in the network drive so if there save a picture into my pictures it will go right into the network drive sorry for sh!ting on but is there a way i can setup the group policy for doing this so no matter what user logs in to any computer they will get all the work still for what they saved in my documents thanks guys.
