let us know first what service is the card for would be a start before anybody can offer any help
IF IT DONT WORK USE A BIGGER HAMMER
the service is auroa and the cards are 1.6 and 1.8 the rx is a humax
If you know / think the details are all good, Just stick your card in the hummy & leave it on 1 of the required channels (eg ABC WA ) & walk away
have a look later & see what its doing..
Fill in some time with a few beers
having original Hummy FW wont matter so long as you can read card details in the menu etc , all should be clearer soon enough

hmmm you will need to run the ACS 1.6 fox CRD fix file which someone will still have, it's simalar to the clear buffers script for 1.2 cards
So can anyone help with the above script.
Jsat
this is called clearbuffer.crd
//Write 00s back to buffer after DumpBuff0708 has been run.

Not sure if this is what you want have another one called
Clearkit16.crd
Don't have one called asc1.6 fix
ok try this
Hmm..there was a problem with some recovered 1.6s..I think you have
to write thr provID with a 68 0D master key nano.
This script will write a masterkey and provider ID. You will need
your emk. Alternatively you can put any emk in and rewrite the pmk
later.
01 01 00 00 00 1a c3 s0 00 14 68 0d 00 00 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx yy
yy yy s1
xx = emk
yy = prov ID
then
//Write 00s back to buffer after DumpBuff0708 has been run. By 007.4 Thanks to Garry R.

I hope that fixes it for you.
When all else fails rewrite the card doesn't take long
If you still have no luck try the "ACS 1.6" tab in FMCard lower right has "Fix ACS 1.6 cards (Aus. cards)" section, you can try that, but I remember there were issues trying to use Provider 10 on Fox Cards.

Do these moscs have tiers and do the humax boxes have IRDs?
Invalid card usually means the CAM ID is wrong or the IRD is wrong.
Im talking about Nagravision Rom cards/Moscs.
Could I see the Image thats on the card?
just wondering if anyone has ever received an unprogrammable card from kangamail. A couple of months ago I ordered a gold card and could not program it as it could not be recognised by my programmer. in the strong box it said invalid card. was one of the new white gold cards which i hear arn't as reliable
what is your programmer?
infinity usb phoenix
If you have made a gold card successfully with this programmer before, you should be able to make one with the White 'Gold' card too,
Most people just make a mistake in the steps to program the card, if they have not done it for a while,
However, you could try to program another new card, (or reprogram an existing card) to see if it is successfull or not,
the above results should indicate if your "White card" is a faulty card or not
I have had no problem with the "White Gold cards" but others have reported it,
Good Luck
